Planet Earth like you’ve never seen it before

The BBC has released their 11 part documentary documenting all aspects of nature on the planet. Planet Earth features 11 one hour episodes focusing on a different ecosystem on Earth. Best of all, it’s all shot in hi-def.

This is a fantastic documentary and the HD footage is spectacular on an HDTV. It’s a mix of animal planet, the discovery channe,l and Baraka. The filming is incredibly well done as well. Time lapse and hi-speed cameras are used frequently which highlights some aspects of nature not normally observed.

Overall a great documentary and great addition to a movie library. Nature filming at it’s finest.
